With nearly two decades of experience providing advisory services to commercial real estate investors, Michael has closed more than 100 commercial property sale and financing transactions.

In addition to the above, Michael has managed more than 250,000 SF of commercial real estate and was one of San Diego County’s top performing multifamily agents by transaction volume from 2011 to 2013 prior to returning to multifamily brokerage in 2024.

Michael received his Bachelor of Science in Real Estate & Land Use Affairs from California State University Sacramento in 2005, was named as a Board Member for the California State University San Marcos College of Business in 2018 and was named as Treasurer of the CCIM Institute’s San Diego Chapter in 2023.
