Involved in commercial real estate since 2015, Ben co-founded a vertically integrated multifamily investment company and has managed value-add renovation projects, led property management for 1000+ units in the Louisville market, and participated as a principal in over $90M of multifamily acquisitions. Prior to his experience in multifamily commercial real estate, Ben oversaw the $7M renovation of a property on the national historic register which received multiple awards and recognitions.
Ben formed Plowshares Capital to continue leveraging his skills and experience to acquire and operate workforce multifamily housing that provides opportunities to serve refugees, immigrants, aged out foster children, and other under-served populations. Ben also serves actively in non-profits in his community. He is married to Sarah and together they have six amazing kids. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Missouri Baptist University.
