Josh brings over twenty-five years of hands-on experience in the construction and real estate industries, with his journey starting at the age of 15 on construction sites. Led by a solid academic background in Finance from Appalachian State University, Josh's career has been marked by a relentless pursuit of excellence and a diverse array of roles.

Following his graduation, Josh dove headfirst into the Residential Construction Industry, where he honed his skills across various capacities including estimator, superintendent, project manager, and Business Developer. His expertise spans both residential and commercial domains, having successfully executed numerous projects in twelve states, showcasing his versatility and adaptability. Josh also served the medical industry for over nine years, primarily a project manager. This multifaceted background provided him with invaluable insights into project management and operational efficiency.

Before rejoining Samet in 2021, Josh established his own commercial and residential repair and maintenance company. This endeavor further enriched his understanding of business operations and client relations.

Currently serving as a Development Manager II at Samet, Josh oversees industrial and medical real estate and development projects spanning across four states. His role demands a comprehensive understanding of real estate dynamics, which he expertly navigates while holding an active NC Real Estate Brokers License.  In April 2024, Josh achieved a significant milestone in his career by obtaining the prestigious CCIM designation. This accomplishment further solidifies his position as a trusted advisor and industry leader.
