Tess earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Management in 2013 and her MBA with a concentration in Finance in 2015 - both from East Carolina University. Since receiving her real estate license in 2013, Tess has assisted in the expansion and management of a multi-state real estate firm and then, in 2018, transitioned to Harrell & Associates. In 2022, Tess received the highly-esteemed designation of CCIM and is the only active CCIM on the Outer Banks. Over the last few years, Tess has refined and cultivated her skill set to offer efficient management, thorough knowledge and fiscally-minded advice to Buyers, Seller and Investment Property Owners as they navigate the unique Outer Banks commercial market.
