Erin grew up in the small town of Weirsdale, Florida, developing her love for the land among cattle and citrus trees. Erin is an entrepreneur, author and award-wining Realtor who has competed in over 50 triathlons including Ironman Louisville and Alaska. She has earned a qualifying position multiple times for the USAT Nationals and Worlds and has even cycled across the state of Iowa, twice. In fall of 2022 she biked the hills of the Bordeaux region of France for six days.
Travel feeds her soul so she's at peak performance to work hard for her commercial clients. She completed the CCIM designation requirements in one year's time and earned her CCIM designation in fall of 2022. As a life-longer learner she knows there is no greater organization to be associated with than CCIM.

Erin is a University of Florida graduate, avid traveler and married to Nicolas Blaser, Market President and Commercial lender for Truist Bank.
