Professional Profile

Prior to joining KW Commercial and Hampton International Group as Commercial VP, Laurence was Vice President of commercial architecture and a licensed architect; senior designer and planner, program and project manager for one of the largest architectural firms in the US. He has 25 years of experience in leading and managing large scale architectural projects as well as communicating and coordinating with multiple stakeholders and consultant teams to ensure successful project delivery. 

The types of commercial projects he has designed and managed include new construction and adaptive reuse of condo/residential, industrial, mixed-use, retail, aviation, healthcare, transportation, hospitality, sports, venues, gaming, K-12 and higher education and institutional architecture. In addition to his architectural practice, Laurence has also worked with clients directly as an Owner’s Representative to manage project delivery and facilitate contract term negotiations on the owner’s behalf.

Laurence is also an Accredited Professional for LEED and WELL Building Certifications, which focus on steering building design and construction towards minimizing environmental impact, promoting sustainability and maximizing the health and wellbeing of end users. These efforts ultimately elevate the brand equity and improve the bottom line of property owners and tenants alike.

Armed with this professional knowledge and experience in commercial architecture, Laurence brings a unique perspective and approach to commercial real estate brokerage, investments, and land development opportunities.

Laurence received his Master’s degree in design and architecture from Harvard University Graduate School of Design, and his Master of Business Administration (Executive MBA) from Southern Methodist University Cox School of Business.
