Victoria joined NAI Horizon in 2018 and in just three years has been promoted to First Vice President.
She works in collaboration with Managing Director Denise Nunez, who possesses more than 30 years of self-storage expertise. Together, the team helps owners with the acquisition and disposition of self-storage investment properties and site selection for new self-storage development opportunities. Victoria focuses on lead generation and market analysis.
Victoria’s family history is rooted in Commercial Real Estate dating back to the 1970s with investment properties in California and Arizona. Today, Victoria assists in managing her family’s portfolio.
Victoria earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Professional Photography from Brooks Institute in Santa Barbara, California. She has several years of experience in real estate photography, including working for Google. She earned her Arizona Real Estate License in 2018.
Victoria was featured by Arizona Big Media in their “People and Projects to Know” 2022 Issue. She is currently pursuing her CCIM designation and is a member of the local Arizona chapter.
