Brenda Coloma is a distinguished expert in both education and real estate. Born in Mexico, she has been living in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex for the past 34 years. Brenda earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology from the University of Texas at Dallas and holds Texas Teacher Certifications for EC-4, 4-8, ESL, and Bilingual Education. Before entering the real estate industry, she dedicated 10 years of her career to serving the Hispanic/Latino community as a Lead Bilingual/ESL Teacher, Bilingual Curriculum Writer, and Bilingual/ESL Summer School Coordinator.

In 2013, Brenda ventured into the world of real estate in pursuit of a second career that would provide her with more time and flexibility to raise her family. She joined a brokerage where she successfully represented real estate investors. Driven by her interest in investing in real estate herself, Brenda quickly developed a passion for helping others achieve financial freedom through property investments. She rose to become a top producer, closing over 200 transactions as a Single Family and Multifamily Investment Specialist.

In 2020, as Hispanic-owned businesses faced challenges during the pandemic, Brenda teamed up with her husband, Carlos Coloma, to expand their commercial brokerage and consulting company, Let’s Fly Realty & Let’s Fly Advisors. They rebranded the business as Let’s Fly CREW – Commercial Real Estate Worldwide to facilitate global expansion. Brenda recognized that many minority-owned small businesses, especially those within the Hispanic community, were underrepresented and in need of Spanish-speaking commercial real estate agents. In 2021, she obtained her Texas Broker license with the goal of mentoring and training more Hispanic real estate agents in commercial real estate. Brenda's mission is to educate and empower the Hispanic community using her expertise in commercial real estate, while inspiring other real estate professionals to do the same.

Brenda has earned the highly respected Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation and has also been awarded the prestigious Certified Commercial Advisor (CCA) designation by the National Association of Real Estate Advisors (NAREA). She is an active member of the North Texas CCIM Chapter, the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors (NTCAR), and the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP). Additionally, she serves as a Bi-National Member of the United States-Mexico Chamber of Commerce, an Ambassador of eXp Latino, and an Ambassador of the Irving Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (IHCC). Brenda volunteers as a Commercial Real Estate Consultant for the Small Business Resource Center at IHCC and the Latino Culinary Institute & Association.

When she's not working, Brenda enjoys traveling the world with her family of seven. Her dedication to fostering growth and success in the Hispanic community, coupled with her extensive experience in both education and real estate, make Brenda Coloma a highly regarded figure in her field.
