Mr. Hahn has over thirty years of valuation and counseling experience with all types of real estate including residential, apartment, office, industrial, retail, special purpose and agricultural properties. Currently he focuses on data visualization techniques to analyze market influences on the value of real property for estate planning and tax situations, eminent domain, tax appeals and litigation. He is licensed in California as a Real Estate Broker and Certified General Real Estate Appraiser, and is a Past President (2005) of the Northern California Chapter of the Appraisal Institute.
