Matt is an experienced commercial real estate professional. As an industrial and office specialist who focuses on creating efficient and profitable solutions for both institutional investors and corporate occupiers. He has navigated corporate lease transactions and building sales from 10,000 to 460,000 SF. Beginning his commercial real estate career in 2015, Matt has been involved in 6 million square feet of institutional Class A office projects and assisted an agency leasing team with a portfolio of 7.5 million square feet of industrial and distribution facilities. For a season, Matt also helped a retail and land team with over 750,000 square feet of shopping centers.
Over his career, he transitioned into a multi market brokerage position where he was responsible for tenant representation and corporate services. Matt is an active member of CoreNet Global and the Institute for Certified Commercial Investment Members. He also holds his real estate brokers license in North Carolina, South Carolina and Georgia.
