Hi, my name is William “Kyle” Gillespie. I grew up in Galveston, Texas on the Gulf Coast. I am a graduate of Texas Christian University having received a degree in Business Administration (BBA).  After graduation I went back to Galveston and worked in the family business until the late 1988s. I then moved to Houston and began my career as a real estate appraiser, first appraising residential properties and then, in 1998, I  began appraising commercial properties of various types. In 2015 I went through a career change, and because of my background of appraising commercial properties, began selling commercial properties in the Houston Metro Area. I focus on industrial and retail properties but have also sold small office buildings, mobile home parks, churches and vacant land to name a few. In 2019 I earned the prestigious CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation. My clients also appreciate my appraisal background as I’m able to make sure that we are selling, purchasing or leasing commercial properties at market prices.
