Candy has 3 Master degrees and the most recent one is in MS Real Estate Development from NOVA Southeastern University.  She is a CCIM designee, Certified Hotel Real Estate Investment Specialist, and Asset & Portfolio Management Advisor. She is a GSA certified realtor for US Federal Government leases & contracts. With a strong background in research and statistics as the Director of Research at a National nonprofit organization prior to her career in Commercial Real Estate, Candy offers her customers in-depth analysis in property values, financial modeling, market trends, community needs & financial bottom-lines.
