Cristina Hsieh, CCIM has a diversified and international business background. She spent many years working in the consumer electronics sector before embarking on her real estate career. She specializes in sale & leasing of industrial and retail properties in S. California.

Prior to immigrating to the United States, Cristina lived in Taiwan, the Philippines and Chile. She is fluent in English, Mandarin Chinese, Taiwanese and Spanish. Although she works throughout Southern California, she is focused on the Inland Empire Region, Orange County and the San Gabriel Valley where her unique language skills and market expertise can be most appreciated. Her multicultural background has helped her navigate the tremendous diversity of the region and build strong relationships with her clients.

Cristina earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from California State University, Fullerton. She has advised numerous local and foreign principals for start-up operations, brand development and acquiring commercial properties throughout SoCal.  

Cristina is a Designee of Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). In addition to her active participation in the CCIM global community, she is a member of CCIM-GLA Chapter, CCIM-SoCal Chapter, AIR Commercial Real Estate Association (AIRCRE), Asian Real Estate Association of America (AREAA), and International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).  To pay it forward to the student community, Cristina volunteers as Board Member of the Center for Real Estate at California State University, Fullerton.
