André brings approximately 7 years’ experience from prominent Commercial Real Estate development firm, Lincoln Harris (an affiliate of Lincoln Property Company). André worked in an advisory capacity for wide range of private and institutional clients, providing representation for Investment Sales, Site Selection, Sales-Leasebacks, Industrial Brokerage, Tax-Deferred Exchanges, Office/Retail Leasing, and Build-To-Suit development. While Andre expertise was in research, negotiations, and complex financial analysis, he also delivered analytical expertise and extraordinary work ethic which allowed him to easily conceptualize and resolve both complex and multifaceted client matters. André also provided brokerage services, and portfolio management related analyses, and transactional support for the Atrium Health real estate portfolio which consists of over 8 million square feet of general and medical office space. 

Prior to joining Lincoln Harris, he worked in Corporate Finance as a Senior Financial Analyst at Belk Inc. where he led the development of returns analyses on all major company-wide initiatives related to capital investments, real estate, facilities, and merchandising. He also began his professional career with Belk Inc. as a Financial Analyst, leading the development of the company’s 4 billion dollar annual sales plans for all 300+ retail stores and ecommerce.
