Professional Profile
I hold a Ph.D in economics with degree specializations in urban and regional economics and public finance. My work as a real estate broker and investor, opinion as expert witness for business loss and economic damages, and time as a city councilman gives me applied appreciation of this field. These experiences, along with my status as a tenured economics professor, committee life, board memberships, and frequent contribution to the press on local issues have honed my presentation skills in a variety of situations, allowing me to be an effective communicator in negotiations, community forums, depositions, or the courtroom.
