I benefit from more than 27 years of broad and diverse real estate experience, including commercial and residential land development, multi-family development, office and industrial build-to-suit construction and development, leasing transactions and the acquisition and disposition of office, industrial and land throughout Idaho.

I am a CCIM designee and a licensed commercial real estate agent with Rallens Realty Consultants, a Division of NAI Select located in Boise, Idaho and specialize in sales and acquisition of development land as well as leasing, acquisition and sales of investment properties including office, medical office, industrial, apartments in the Boise area and throughout Idaho.   My extensive real estate knowledge and experience benefits clients by offering an acute understanding of the complex elements of brokerage transactions and the ability to effectively and efficiently navigate through the process to allow my clients to make informed real estate decisions and produce a successful outcome.

Much of my experience was gained as a partner and vice-president of G.L. Voigt Development Co., where I managed the development and construction of approximately 1,900 residential lots and 791,000+ square feet of commercial office and industrial projects.  During my 16+ year tenure, I was responsible for all facets of the development process including but not limited to, land acquisition and due diligence, project management, financing, leasing, property management and disposition.   During this time I managed numerous development projects throughout the state including multiple projects which involved coordinated out of state recruitment efforts with local and regional economic development agencies.

In addition to the comprehensive real estate development, leasing, acquisition, and sales experience, I also benefit from an extensive commercial banking and business management background and hold a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance from the WP Carey School of Business at Arizona State University. I am also a CCIM Institute Member and CCIM Idaho Chapter Member, as well as a member of the Boise Regional Realtors, Idaho Association of Realtors, and National Association of Realtors and Intermountain MLS.
