Dr. Andrei Duta, CCIM, channels his energy at the intersection of business and philanthropy. In the marketplace, Andrei focuses on commercial, industrial, retail, and medical real estate investments and development projects. He is a licensed real estate broker in the state of Texas and a Certified Commercial Investment Member. Dr. Duta and his partners focus on acquiring debt strategically, negotiating terms/rates, determining cash flow at partner/investor levels, deal negotiating, site selecting, asset valuation, financial forecasting, analyzing profitability/feasibility, and determining “go/no-go.”
In addition to real estate, Andrei facilitates mergers and acquisitions and provides strategic and financial advising to owners and CEOs of small to medium-sized businesses in various industries including industrial coatings manufacturing, medical, automotive, service businesses, restaurants, energy, and technology.
Andrei has a Ph.D. from Texas A&M University along with undergraduate and master’s degrees from Abilene Christian University. He is the founder of His Little Ones, a nonprofit organization supporting children’s ministries in Romania and India. In his spare time, Andrei reads, plays chess, spends time in nature, and enjoys listening to his wife play the piano.
