Isaac currently serves as the Director of Leasing and Sales at Larsen Baker, LLC. Larsen Baker is a Tucson based commercial real estate firm that develops, remodels, owns, operates, manages and leases retail, office and industrial properties in Southern Arizona. Operating since 1994, Larsen Baker has become the largest independent retail-commercial property owner in Tucson. The firm owns and manages over 3 million square feet of commercial space in ±50 locations with ±500 Tenants throughout Tucson and Southern Arizona.
In his role, Isaac oversees the leasing of Larsen Baker’s real estate portfolio, tracking and updating all leasing progress and supervising lease renewals of existing tenants. He manages all property sales and/or purchases directly or with third party sales brokers and handles all property marketing. He also develops strategy for new property acquisitions and pre-leased development projects.
