As a CCIM designee and a recipient of Mobile Bay Magazine’s 40 Under 40 member, Niki Coker strives to be among the best in her industry. While she has experience in virtually every facet of commercial real estate, Coker’s most active endeavors include site selections for buyers and tenants across the country, focused primarily along the Alabama and Florida Gulf Coast.

Through extensive research, new technology, travel and good-old-fashioned phone calling, Coker has proven methods in finding exactly what her clients need to confidently secure a contract and close a site requirement. She is versed in various planning and zoning municipalities, due diligence for development and entitlement approvals.

While Coker excels in site selections, she has an extensive background in marketing and research as having created and implemented her company’s marketing department, including designing brochures listings, establishing a respected brand in the community and assisting innumerable pitches and presentations to grow the firm’s portfolio before she decided to exclusively focus on brokerage.

Coker currently serves as the CCIM Gulf Coast District President.

Community Involvement and Interests

A Fairhope native, Coker is on her fourth year as a member of the Order of Fuse, a local non-profit dedicated to supporting projects benefiting children along Alabama’s Gulf Coast. She also serves as a fourth-grade Sunday School teacher of two years for her home church, Christ the King Catholic Church in Daphne. Coker is a hobbyist photographer, craft beer enthusiast, graphic designer and avid outdoors runner.

Magna cum laude graduate of The University of Alabama with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and Information Sciences, public relations and graphic design.
