Eric Edwards serves as a Senior Broker Associate for LSI Companies, specializing in the acquisition and disposition of commercial properties focused on the office, retail and industrial sectors. Eric has nearly two decades of commercial real estate experience in Southwest Florida, representing property owners and real estate investors, enabling him to offer value-added services to LSI Companies’ brokerage clients.
Eric graduated from Florida State University with a bachelor’s degree in International Business. In early 2023, he earned the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. He is also an active board member of the Florida CCIM SW FL District serving as its current Secretary and President Elect for 2025, a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI), and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), the global trade association of the retail industry. In addition, he is actively involved in community service as a member of the North Naples Rotary Chapter, where he contributes to local service projects and international initiatives that benefit communities of all types. He is actively involved in coaching youth sports and spends a lot of his free time in the outdoors with his family of five.
