I am the CEO and Broker of Records at Creiland Consultants Realty. A disciplined commercial real estate brokerage firm representing Tenants, Buyers, Landlords, Sellers, and Developers in the Greater Toronto Area. I am also the Asset Manager of Rukhsar Investments Inc., a family-owned operation of commercial real estate investments. I achieved my CCIM pin as a Certified Commercial Investment Member in 2016 and was the President of the Central Canada CCIM Chapter in 2020 and the Vice President for Region 12 (Canada) in 2022.

Prior to incorporating Creiland Consultants Realty, I worked with Cushman & Wakefield ULC as Associate Vice President for 9 years, wherein I helped several clients with their commercial real estate requirements and achieved the Presidents Round Table award amongst other top performers. During my high school tenure, I started to pursue a career in electrical construction apprenticeship. Thereafter, I obtained my electrical technician license and operated a successful electrical contracting business which has provided me with unique insight into the design & construction of real estate properties. My past experiences have further helped me in making wise investment decisions to acquire, develop, and invest in commercial & residential assets.
