OK Hogan was a regular visitor to Carteret County for more than 30 years before permanently moving to Beaufort in 2000. He has a special appreciation for the area, having viewed it from both out-of-town and local perspectives. He is a graduate of Campbell University and earned his MBA from UNC-Greensboro. OK is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM).
