Cornelia’s commercial work in the area include land sales for the Cobblestone Village, Lowe’s and Belk, Publix, SunTrust in the Hammock and 6,785 acres from Rayonier Timber to Palm Coast Holdings, a subsidiary of Minnesota Power & Light.

Her extensive community involvement includes Commercial Committee Chair for the Flagler County Association of Realtors, School Advisory Chair for the Flagler Palm Coast High School- five years, President of the Flagler Symphonic Society, former Board member of Kindervision and the Family Life Center and Member of the Flagler County Chamber Economic Alliance Council.
