During Mr. Fritz’s multi-decade career, he has nearly a Billion dollars’ worth of successfully closed sales and leasing experience across the retail, office, industrial, hospitality, and land markets through out the Western US.

EDUCATION
Mr. Fritz attended Augusta College in Rock Island, Illinois, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance with additional concentrations in Accounting and Economics. Mr. Fritz has also completed the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation which is the Global Standard for Professional Achievement in commercial real estate. He previously held his series 6 and series 7 Securities licenses and actively trades futures and options contracts which provides him a unique perspective into the markets. He currently holds real estate licenses in Nevada and California and his Business Broker license in Nevada.
INTERESTS
In his spare time, Mr. Fritz reads across topics ranging from theoretical/particle physics to global economic history, he trades futures and options contracts and plays Texas hold’em. He played professional football in Germany as a Safety for multiple years. Although he grew up outside of Chicago, he is an avid Green Bay Packers fan. He owns the A&W restaurant and real estate in Boulder City, NV.
Additionally, Mr. Fritz donates his time as a volunteer for Junior Achievement (JA) whose mission is to prepare students to succeed in a global economy through financial literacy.
