Mike has twenty five years of professional real estate experience including consulting, resort and residential development as well as land development, project feasibility and all types of commercial office and retail transactions. He has also been heavily involved in the leasing and sale of various types of industrial properties throughout Colorado.
After graduating with an MBA with a Real Estate designation from the University of Denver in 1997, Mike served as the Director of Land Acquisition for Century Communities, a publicly traded homebuilder with operations in five states. He served three years as the Land Acquisition Manager for the Colorado Division of KB Home, the fourth largest home builder in the U.S. He also assisted in resort development at the Jackson Hole Mountain Resort in Wyoming.
Mike joined the Grand Junction, Colorado Coldwell Banker Commercial Prime Properties (CBCPP) offices as a Commercial Real Estate Broker in 2007. He has since earned the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. During Mike’s tenure at CBCPP he has been awarded the number one sales professional title in the state of Colorado for Coldwell Banker (CB) Commercial in 2011, 2013, 2015, 2016, 2018, 2019 and 2021 and was top 2% nationwide in 2021.
