Proveras Commercial Realty is an Ottawa based and independantly owned company that focuses exclusively on the representation of tenants and owner-occupiers of commercial space.

Alan's Experience:

Alan started his career in commercial real estate in the early 2000’s, working for a multi-national firm in Toronto for which he represented public and private sector clients in the development and leasing of office, retail, and industrial projects.  Since returning to Ottawa in 2006, Alan has had the privilege of acting as agent for many of Ottawa’s most significant public and private sector organizations.

Alan's Expertise:

Alan is a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) with an Office Specialist designation,. He also holds a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation and he has achieved his LEED Green Associate credentials. These credentials and experience allow Alan to consult on all aspects of commercial real estate; including, leasing, investment, and sustainability.

In addition to his professional credentials, Alan is a graduate of Queen’s University with a BSc and BPHE.
