Professional Profile
Thank you for taking a moment to read about me. Most important things first. I am a family man. My wife and I are in the midst of raising 5 children with our oldest son graduating this year. I grew up in Grand Junction and learned to enjoy music as a cello student from the age of 5. I still enjoy playing and my children are learning instruments of their own. I love to learn and am interested in many subjects and feel excited with every deal to learn more. I enjoy working out, and playing outside when I can. I spend some time in Russia as a young man and enjoy speaking Russian when the opportunity permits. After graduating from college I started a career in the Air Force, and am still serving as a Reservist. I see myself as a creator because I like to see new/dormant potential with clients and puzzle together opportunities as simplistically as possible.
I manage and broker commercial real estate investments. Finding solutions to investor dilemmas is my primary focus. I model strategies that address your business objectives at any phase of the real estate cycle, and think creatively beyond your existing set of facts.
Real estate is a straightforward and proven investment vehicle, yet can be complex and nuanced. To be successful and realize extraordinary returns, investors must be skilled and strategic with their decisions. Having a good agent or consultant is a crucial piece of the puzzle.
I started in 2007 with Omega Realty managing and leasing office and industrial properties. I earned my CPM designation in 2013, then my CCIM designation in 2017. The projects I have enjoyed most during these years have been seeing my clients grow wealth through the sale and reinvestment or real estate. Land, multi-family, development projects, and office properties have been a primary focus through my career up to this point.
I am currently working on a 300 unit multi-family development with a client where we will be building apartments and selling the buildings as they are built to investors. I am assisting in the rezone of land as part a land packaging deal for resale to another developer who will do the construction, and I am representing a building owner on leasing professional office building.
I have represented many tenants and corporations in the acquisition of land and lease space to include Taco Johns, Conoco Phillips, local medical professionals, yogurt quick serve, and many main street businesses.
As a fourth generation real estate professional I have seen the benefits of real estate in the creation of wealth and legacy, and look forward to helping families create enduring security.
