Faith Jackson is Vice President, Office & Industrial Leasing, based in Cushman & Wakefield’s Toronto East office. In this role, she focuses on leasing office and industrial assets across the Greater Toronto Area. With nearly 20 years of commercial brokerage and finance experience, Faith has an impressive track record of leading high-caliber teams that deliver and execute on complex real estate strategies and high-value lease negotiations.
Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Faith was a Senior Director at McKesson Canada, a Fortune 500 company. In this role, Faith applied her strategic leadership and management experience to a large-scale real estate portfolio, where she was responsible for overseeing 40 million square feet (msf) of retail, office, and industrial real estate. Prior to that, Faith held a global position at Magna International Inc. where she was responsible for its 39-msf Americas region portfolio. While in that role, she led the site selection, RFP process, negotiations and government incentives for all new builds – a combined total of 1msf valued at $148M. Additionally, Faith implemented tactical real estate strategies that captured a global savings of $16.8M.
Faith is a licensed Broker and holds both a CPM and CCIM designation and a Master of Business Administration in Real Estate Leadership from the University of Fredericton-Sandermoen School of Business. Faith is an active member with CREW Network and has served on industry committees such as REIC and CoreNet.
