Karl Hudson IV, CCIM serves as a Partner and Senior Vice President for Foundry Commercial’s Private Client sales team in the Raleigh, NC office and is head of the Land Services platform for North and South Carolina. Mr. Hudson’s comprehensive market knowledge and experience in marketing, research, and client services affords him the fundamentals and expertise that are not only instrumental to the team, but also serve as an asset to his clients. Karl is a licensed real estate broker in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia; he also holds the prestigious Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation.
Prior to joining Foundry Commercial, Karl worked for Cushman & Wakefield’s Raleigh office. Karl was on the North Carolina Private Client Sales team, as well as the North Carolina Land Services team, and specialized in land investment opportunities, distressed assets, and investment sales throughout the Carolinas.
