Karen Hurd executes her responsibilities with passion and authority in the dynamic world of commercial real estate. She creates new growth opportunities for owners, investors and principals of firms by helping them build enterprise value through strategic advisory, property consulting, M&A, valuation, talent acquisition, innovation and brand development. She is a business growth expert, property and sales consultant, leader, and successful connector of people. As an investment sales specialist she’s been credited with facilitating transactions totaling over $1.3 billion dollar. Karen is frequently asked for her insight and knowledge of commercial real estate for panel discussions and speeches at industry events. She also assists clients nationally through property, environmental due diligigence.
Karen is an active member of CREW Network and serves on the board at CREW Boston. She is also the CREW Boston Delegate for 2020-2021. She is Immediate Past President of the New England CCIM Chapter and member of the CCIM Institute. Karen recently was honored as one of 40 “Boston Power Women” in Commercial Real Estate. Karen is also a current member in NAIOP, NAREIT, REFA and ICSC.
