Brian began his real estate career in 2008 with The Simpson Company in Gainesville, GA, focusing on the sale and leasing of commercial real estate in the Metro Atlanta and North Georgia regions. He specializes in representing both Landlords and Tenants in the office and industrial sector, as well as working with investors in the acquisition and disposition of their assets throughout the Metro Atlanta and North Georgia region.
Brian is a member the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors, ACBR’s Million Dollar Club where he has been a member for many years, Georgia CCIM Chapter, and achieved his CCIM designation in 2012.
Brian currently serves as an executive director on the board of directors for the Georgia Mountains YMCA in Gainesville, as well as on the Georgia CCIM Board of Directors as Technology Chair. He previously served on the Georgia Mountain Food Bank for three years as well as the United Way Capital Campaign Committee. Other past board positions include serving on the executive board of directors for the Gainesville Jaycees as the Vice President of Membership for 2013, and has held other positions within the club in previous years. He served as the Vice President of Operations in 2012, Vice President of Projects and Community Development in 2011 overseeing the entire club’s projects, as well as a general board member in 2010. Brian serves on the Peach State Bank & Trust Future Leaders Development Board, is an active member in the local Ducks Unlimited Chapter, and is a graduate of the Greater Hall Chamber of Commerce’s Leadership Hall program.
A lifelong resident of North Georgia, Brian graduated with honors from Auburn University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance. Brian and his wife, Callie, and three children reside in Gainesville, Georgia and attend Gainesville First United Methodist Church.
