I am the owner and Broker of Ace Realty Group. knowing as Ace Commercial Real Estate Group , My office address is 5930 Main Street, New Port Richey, Florida. Prior to opening my own company, in 2014, for 7 years I worked as the sole commercial agent with Prudential Commercial in its Port Richey office. I specialize in listing and buyer representation of general commercial, land and investment properties. I also provide services for business brokerage. My awards and accomplishments include: Pinnacle Award with the Florida Gulf Coast Commercial Association of Realtors, Inc. for transactions in 2009, 2010 and 2012, 2013 and 2014. In 2015 I received an award for being 3rd best in the Nation, in Regional Sales Volume. In 2017, I was awarded first place in Retail Sales Volume with Florida Gulf Coast Commercial Association of Realtors. My designations include Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation, Accredited Land Consultant (ALC) designation and GRI Graduate Realtor Institute. I am a current member of the National Association of Realtors, The Florida Association of Realtors, Crex Commercial Marketing, MFR CRE (MLS commercial real estate) Pasco County Board of Realtors Associations and Business Brokers Association of Florida. I am fluent in Hebrew and Arabic languages which has enabled me to find a comfortable niche with buyers and sellers who speak these languages. I am a longtime resident of Pasco County (since 1985) , with over 20 years of personal experience in the retail, industrial & automotive industry, and 20 years as an private investor and business broker. . My lengthy experience as a business owner and education and advanced certifications as a commercial real estate broker have given me the ability to have insight into local market trends to assist buyers and sellers with timing to buy or sell. These skills combined with learned sales techniques and understanding of pricing strategies are an unbeatable combination in today’s complex real estate environment
