I have been a licensed commercial real estate broker providing asset management, portfolio development, and brokerage services for over 25 years. After graduating with an accounting degree from Central Washington University in 1989 (and later received my master’s in real estate from Georgetown University). I started my career with Touche Ross (now known as Deloitte) as a tax accountant in the Guam office, providing tax strategies for real estate development and holding companies, as well as high net worth individuals throughout the South Pacific and Pacific Rim. During my tenure, I worked closely with the various real estate ownership groups and their asset, property, and management teams. 

Over the years, I have provided professional services (asset management, property management, construction management, portfolio development, tax strategies, capital raising, financing, acquisition/disposition, and leasing) to over $3 billion worth of real estate investments. These investments include standalone retail, retail centers, shopping malls, office buildings, apartments, residential rental properties, industrial properties, senior living facilities, commercial condominiums, and undeveloped land.
