EXIT Realty Central Commercial and Special Markets is a division of EXIT Realty Central, located in Norfolk VA, licensed in VA and NC.  We provide consulting and brokerage services in commercial real estate, portfolio valuations, and development.  

Tim earned his CCIM designation in 2013.  Since then he served as president for the MidAtlantic Chapter (VA, DC, MD, and WVa), 1st RVP for Region 10 (MidAtlantic and PA/DE/NJ), and as RVP for Region 10 in 2024.  He has also held the position of Director on the CCIM Global Board of Directors.  

Tim has been CREOBA (Commercial REO Brokers' Association) certified and has performed hundreds of property and portfolio valuations for lenders, estate and business attorneys, CPA's, and private clients.  In addition, he has served as a court-appointed receiver and expert witness as well as a speaker on topics such as investing in real estate, how to mitigate risk in an uncertain economic environment, and introduction to commercial real estate.
