Carson spent the past 13 years as VP at SVN- Imbrie Realty. He holds a coveted CCIM designation and has held chapter leadership roles on the Board of Advisors. Carson's decade long Commercial Real Estate career includes a variety of investment types, from land banking and development, apartment sales, single tenant NNN retail sales, strip center sales, and senior housing sales.
He is a student of national economic trends and consistently track the national real estate market for a variety of product types. This enables him to analyze investments in a regional and sector based context. Most brokers are transactional in nature and are looking out for their own interests over those of their clients. This couldn’t be farther from Carson’s personality or professional philosophy. He takes great pride in putting his clients’ interests first and helping them realize excellent returns from investments that they have made with him.
Outside the office, Carson enjoys outdoor activities like hiking, surfing, paddle boarding, fly fishing, hunting, and camping. In addition, he can be seen performing as a drummer in various jazz and alternative musical projects nationally.
Carson and his family still own their homestead land in Eastern Oregon. He currently lives in Lake Oswego with his wife, Lindsay and two daughters – Isabelle and Violet. Prior to his investment career, Carson studied Ancient Mediterranean Cultures and holds a B.A. in Classical Studies with an emphasis in Ancient History from Pitzer College.
