Scott Jackson has over twenty-four years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. He is a licensed broker in the State of Texas and a member of the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors, as well as a CCIM Designee (Certified Commercial Investment Member). He has experience in tenant and landlord representation for industrial, flex, office, and retail properties. Scott has particular expertise in owner occupied acquisition and disposition of commercial properties. Scott has extensive market knowledge of the entire DFW Metroplex for those “hard to find” requirements. In addition, his experience and mental insight give him the skills to negotiate favorably on his client’s behalf. Scott has completed over 250 transactions totaling more than $125 million in value.

Prior to joining Capstone Commercial, Scott was with Hudson Peters Commercial (formerly Burr & Temkin Commercial) for approximately nine years and Alliance Commercial Real Estate Group for nine years where he was consistently a top producer. Before obtaining his real estate license, Scott worked for the State of Texas at the Department of Protective and Regulatory Services in the Child Protective Services Department (CPS) as an investigator and ongoing caseworker.
