Collin joined Appian Commercial Realty in October of 2016 with a specialization in the North Texas land markets of Collin, Denton and Grayson Counties. He began his career in commercial real estate in 2008 with Wicker & Associates and a focus on raw land in North Collin County. During the Great Recession he specialized in the acquisition and disposition of OREO land assets for clients such as BB&T, DR Horton, Compass Bank, Altura Homes and Bank of America. Collin completed his Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation from the CCIM Institute (Chicago, Illinois) in 2013. After eight years with Wicker & Associates, Collin joined Appian to bring his office closer to his home in Grayson County.
Prior to beginning a career in commercial real estate, Collin lived in England from 2001 to 2004 working for Vislink Communications as an international sales manager for eleven countries in Western Europe and the Middle East. Collin is a graduate of the University of Arizona with a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication and Business.
Collin, a seventh generation north Texan, his wife Aimee and their two boys, Donovan and Dillon live in Van Alstyne.
