A Seattle native, Gary Hunter developed his professional career locally working in wholesale and conduit lending for Washington Mutual Bank, and is a Shareholder in Westlake Associates, Inc., Commercial Real Estate. Gary studied and earned a degree in Commercial Real Estate at the University of Washington, School of Architecture, and holds a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. A graduate of the JW Levine Leadership Development Academy, Chicago, Gary has served two terms as CCIM Chapter President, one term as Regional Vice President, and four terms on the CCIM National Institute Board of Directors.
