Mr. Gramig is currently a Transaction/Leasing Manager for Cushman & Wakefield. He is assigned to the Edward Jones Branch Real Estate team. He has a proven track record for the successful leasing and sales of commercial real estate and helping his clients achieve their goals. At his previous position at Horizon Commercial Realty, he was a Sales and Leasing Advisor for company owned assets, 3rd party landlords & tenants and provided consulting services to his clients. Prior to Horizon Mr. Gramig worked at NTS Development Company, where he focused on leasing transaction management for a portfolio of over 1 million square feet of office property primarily located in the Louisville, Kentucky market. He is a licensed sales agent in both the Commonwealth of Kentucky and Indiana. He is a Certified Commercial Investment Member and received his Master's of Business Administration from Suffolk University in Boston. Adding to his wide breadth of knowledge Mr. Gramig worked for two large multi- national companies, Liberty Mutual Insurance and EMC Corporation, both headquartered in Boston. At Liberty Mutual he served as a Project Manager - Real Estate & Administration for Personal Lines, the Americas and at EMC Corporation he was a Global Facility Planning Manager for the sales and service division worldwide. In addition to working with property owners, developers, landlord's and tenant's he has also consulted hundreds of retail and office clients on the development and implementation of commercial real estate strategic plans, workplace planning, site selection and disposition of property.
Mr. Gramig currently serves as a board member at large for the Kentucky CCIM Chapter, a 250-member strong commercial real estate professional organization. Mr. Gramig was the 2015 Kentucky CCIM Chapter President and prior to that served in various board officer roles. He has also received the KCREA Retail Broker of the Year award in 2010 and 2011. More recently, Mr. Gramig has been recognized as a Costar Power Broker in Louisville for three quarters consecutively in 2021 and 2022. In addition, the National Association of REALTORS® have recognized Mr. Gramig with the 2012 National Commercial Award, an honor bestowed upon those REALTORS® for their excellence in the commercial real estate industry.
