Randy began his real estate career in agricultural sales and leasing in 1986. He was appointed to the position of Standing Chapter 12 Bankruptcy Trustee for the Eastern, Middle and Western Districts of Louisiana. His experience in leasing, asset management, financial planning and real estate valuation were key to the success of the program. Additionally, he served as Chapter 7 Trustee in the Western District. Randy has successfully completed the requirements for membership as a Certified Commercial Investment Member. He is Past President of the Louisiana Chapter and Past Regional Vice President of Region 4 and an International Board Member, having served on several key committees.
In addition to retail and investment sales and leasing, he has sold over 60,000 acres of farm and recreational land in Louisiana and Mississippi during his career. Randy currently represents several banking institutions in disposal of excess inventory.
Randy is in the top producers category each year in NAI Latter & Blum, a 5 billion dollar Gulf South Real Estate firm.
In addition to retail center leasing and brokerage, and multi-family evaluation and brokerage, Randy specializes in QSR and other restaurant site selection and sales. Current and former clients include corporate and franchisee operations for Twin Peaks, Arby's, Little Caesar's, Burger King, Five Guy's Burgers, Jimmy John's, Church's Fried Chicken, Logan Farm's, Papa Murphy’s, Izzo’s, The Jambalaya Shoppe and numerous independent restaurant operations in Louisiana and Mississippi.
