Professional Profile
Responsible for delivering the company’s service to office, medical office, industrial, retail clients, I focus on account management, strategic planning, execution and coordination of all client services, including management and construction services for the 53-million-square-foot property management division of Colliers | Chicago. In addition, I lead the recruitment of management personnel for Chicago and the development, training and mentoring of the 135 employees within the division. My other responsibilities include new business development, sales and acquisition support and company process improvement.
I coordinate all of the Colliers Asset Resolution Services in Chicago, acting as a court-appointed receiver throughout Illinois and northwest Indiana. My team and I work for many of the largest banks and special servicers in the country with more than $150 million of assets serviced in the past three years.
Working to continually improve the performance of the entire management organization located throughout the United States, I am an active member of the Colliers International Leadership Committee.
I have supported sales and acquisitions of real estate totaling $400 million, negotiated more than 300 lease transactions exceeding $100 million and overseen construction management of interior and exterior improvements with a value in excess of $150 million.
Prior to joining Colliers, I founded and served as president of a company that provided value-added technology consulting and project management services to real estate owners, developers and managers.
I also worked as a senior vice president and officer with JLL for seven years, providing property and facility management services for office and corporate clients located in Chicago, Boston, Pittsburgh and Philadelphia. I managed asset management functions including strategic planning, client management, financial reporting and analysis, lease negotiation and administration, supervision and support of property teams and quality control functions.
