CAREER HIGHLIGHTS D’Etta Casto-DeLeon, CCIM, born and raised on Houston, TX, has 25+ years of mortgage banking and loan servicing experience in addition to 14 years of insurance experience. D’Etta’s core strength is quality and high-level loan servicing. D’Etta is Director with CBRE Loan Services managing various portfolios and asset management responsibilities (primarily Life Insurance Companies and Proprietary Lending Program) including Lender relationship, construction loan and reserve management, annual financial analysis, lease abstracting, loan document compliance, loan modifications and client relationship management. Prior to joining CBRE, she was with Grandbridge Real Estate Capital (formerly Live Oak Capital). 

PROFESSIONAL AFFILIATION/RECOGNITION:  October 2007, she earned the coveted CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation, which is held by only 4% of commercial real estate practitioners. She was President of the CCIM Houston Gulf Coast chapter in 2012, elected to the CCIM Institute National Board of Directors in 2015, elected to Executive Committee for 2020, and serves and/or served on numerous committees and sub-committees along with taskforce for the Institute (including Finance, Strategic Planning, Marketing, Member Services, Chapter Activities, Regional Activities, etc.) She is the 2022 Member Services Presidential Liaison for Les Callahan, CCIM, 2021 CCIM Institute President Elect.  She was also served as the 2019 Member Services Presidential Liaison for Barbara Crane, CCIM, 2019 CCIM Institute President and 2024 Global CCIM Institute President. 

She successfully obtained her CCMS (Certified Commercial Mortgage Servicer) thru the Mortgage Bankers Association. D’Etta is a licensed Texas real estate broker and affiliated with the Texas Association of Realtors.
