H. Thomas (Tom) Davis, III, CCIM has over 20 years experience in real estate development, construction, investment analysis primarily in the multifamily sector. At the age of 19 tom founded his first real estate investment company, DBS enterprises. Where one of his primary roles was head of acquisitions and portfolio management for residential income producing properties, as well as cash flow analysis and tenant relations. Currently tom is focused on developing multifamily properties using the hud/fha 221 (d) 4 and 241(a) loan programs.
