Involved with the rental, sale, valuation and construction of industrial and commercial real estate, primarily on Long Island, New York, since 1973.  Founded Hunt Corporate Services, Inc. in 1981 as an industrial and commercial consulting and brokerage firm, and Hunt Construction Services, Inc. to provide commercial general contracting and construction management for New York metro companies.  The aggregate value of commercial and industrial properties leased or sold in the New York Metro Area exceeds one billion dollars. Firm and individually named as Top 20 Power Brokers by The Costar Group and Real Estate Forum Magazine. 

Received bachelor's degree from Georgia Tech.   Hold the Master of Corporate Real Estate designation from Corenet International, the Certified Commercial Investment Member designation from the CCIM Institute and the SIOR designation from the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors.  One of a select few real estate professionals in the United States to hold all three prestigious designations.  Graduate of the Columbia Society of Real Estate Appraisers, the Long Island Builders Institute, Dale Carnegie, and past lecturer for the CW Post Real Estate Institute.  Named to Who's Who in Commercial Real Estate by the Long Island Business News.  Licensed real estate broker in New York since 1975.
