leader in the Greater Nashville market area and heads a team in the Nashville office.
Jody left his previous firm to join Mid-South Financial Corporation’s brokerage and leasing division in 2004 and later headed its tenant representation and brokerage division. After doubling revenues under his leadership over the years that followed, Mid-South and Jody joined forces with Cushman & Wakefield | Cornerstone where he headed an office user representation and leasing team. Jody continues to be one of the top producers at Avison Young-Nashville and carries the CCIM designation, where he has served on the local Board of Directors. Jody was nominated as NAIOP Broker of the Year for 2009 and is a recipient of the Nashville Business Journal Commercial Real Estate MVP Award for his outstanding performance in office leasing.
