Kevin is the key principal and owner of Hanford Investments LLC, a multifamily real estate investment company focused on repositioning distressed value-add opportunities to create cash flow and capital growth for his investors. Kevin’s broad experience in both commercial real estate and in serving his country in the military give him the ideal set of professional and personal skills to protect and grow investment capital.
Kevin has ten years of experience as multi-family syndicator/operator, acquiring 1450 apartment units valued at over $100 million and has raised $25 million of investor capital.
Kevin started his real estate career as a multifamily broker with a national brokerage firm where he closed over $250 million of apartment investments and was recognized as a top-5% performer in a 1000 broker firm.
Prior to starting in real estate, Kevin spent 20 years in the United States Air Force as a pilot and officer, retiring as a Lieutenant Colonel. During his career he flew over 3500 hours, served as an advisor to the USAF’s leading 4-star general at the Pentagon, and led F-15C squadron operations for two years in Elmendorf AFB Alaska.
Kevin has a Bachelor of Science degree (BSE) in Aerospace Engineering form Arizona State University in Tempe Arizona and a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from Chaminade University in Honolulu Hawaii.
