Mr. Bishop is a licensed Arizona Real Estate Broker and a graduate of Arizona State University. He is an active member of ICSC and has earned the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. Mr. Bishop specializes in retail leasing and investment sales throughout Arizona. Mr. Bishop is an accomplished real estate professional who co-founded and built a full service boutique real estate company and was extremely successful in landlord representation, tenant representation and investment sales. Seeing an opportunity to join one of the leading real estate firms in the Valley, Mr. Bishop joined Lee & Associates as a Principal in 2016. His extensive knowledge, experience, financial analysis, and owner, tenant and lender relations have enabled him to become a respected presence within the Phoenix marketplace.Since August of 2008, Sean was the Principal and Designated Broker of Middlefork Commercial, LLC, a boutique full service commercial real estate company located in Phoenix, Arizona providing leasing, investment sales, tenant representation and property management. Mr Bishop was responsible for overseeing the brokerage and management services for Middlefork. Over his career, Mr. Bishop has been involved in many aspects of commercial real estate from being a manager of a single tenant income property to a partner and investor of several ground-up and repositioning development projects.
