Professional Profile

When you need the services of a professional Realtor/Developer, call me, Mitch Hart.  My background and experience includes Developing and Selling Residential and Commercial Subdivision Lots, for my company and clients.   My land holding company, Hartland Development Company, owns 400 plus acres in the Conway area and I develop and sell land and lots.  Additionally, I represent owners of Industrial, Retail, Office, Multi Family Properties and I market and sell properties for clients.   

My educational background and work history includes, earning an MBA from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill 1990, and working for AT&T as an Industrial Engineer in Lee's Summitt, MO and Burlington, NC for the AT&T Federal Systems Division. In 1991, I moved back to my hometown of Conway, Arkansas and joined my mother Anna "Pete" Hart as a second generation Realtor working for Dunaway & Hart, Inc., a company my mother founded.  Shortly thereafter, we founded a development company, HartLand Development Company, and I became the President of Hartland.  As I got more business experience and knowledge I started offering commercial real estate brokerage and development services to the public.   I earned and received the renowned and nationally respected CCIM designation in 2004.   I was the primary developer of Cutter Ridge and Dallas Residential Subdivisions and Conway Marketplace Shopping Center a commercial Subdivision in West Conway including a Walmart Supercenter, in addition to many other smaller projects.
