Scott A. Hyatt, with over 25 years’ experience in the field of commercial real estate, serves as a Senior Advisor with NAI Prime Commercial, specializing in the sale and leasing of multifamily, retail and commercial investment properties in Indiana and Kentucky. He has been affiliated with industry leaders, including Trammell Crow Company in Philadelphia, Jones, Lang, LaSalle in New York and David Hocker Associates in Kentucky. Mr. Hyatt is a 1989 graduate of the University of Southern Indiana. He has a Bachelor of Science in Finance, is a Certified Shopping Center Manager (CSM) and is a licensed real estate broker with the Indiana and Kentucky Real Estate Commissions. Mr. Hyatt is a Certified Commercial Investments Member, an affiliate of the National Association of Realtors and has earned the prestigious Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation, completing his examination with the highest honors in the nation. Additionally, Mr. Hyatt maintains active membership in the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the Evansville Rotary Club.
He is married to Susan Hyatt of Savannah, Georgia, has two wonderful kids, Ryan and Cora and reside in the University of Evansville neighborhood. He enjoys vintage sports car racings, travel and just about anything that takes place outdoors.
