Ms. Crane, a commercial real estate professional specializing in the sale and leasing of office properties and related development and consulting projects, began her career in Birmingham, Alabama in 1979. Over her successful career, she has served the needs of her clients in both Alabama and San Antonio, Texas after her relocation in 2011. Her satisfied clients include individuals, small businesses, law firms, large corporate users, developers and the Federal Reserve Bank. Services include general brokerage, agency leasing services for property owners, tenant representation, and consultation. Ms. Crane is a Senior Instructor for the CCIM Institute beginning her participation in the cadre in 2005. She facilitates courses ranging from the introductory Foundations in Commercial Real Estate to higher level Financial Analysis and User Decision Analysis classes as well as the Commercial Real Estate Negotiation Workshop offered by the Robert L. Ward Center for Real Estate Studies. In February, 2008, Ms. Crane participated in the delivery of the CCIM Advanced Negotiation Workshop to the United States Department of State in Washington, DC. She was named the Robert L. Ward Instructor of the Year in 2010. In recent years she has participated in overseeing vital updates to the core curriculum and the launching of online and blended learning course deliveries for the Institute and served on the Faculty Advisory Board. Ms. Crane served as President of the Alabama Chapter Board of Directors in 2008, is currently serving as Secretary of the San Antonio/South Texas Chapter, the Institute's Board of Directors and the Scholarship Committee Chair of the CCIM Foundation Board of Directors. She and her husband, Phil Crane, CCIM reside in San Antonio, Texas and enjoy sailing in their leisure time.
